Details about shipping, including fees and estimated delivery times, will be clearly provided during the checkout process. We are delighted to offer free shipping on all orders over $79 USD (to any continent, to any country).

Each Nail Room Studio nail set is custom-made just for you. Our made-to-order method ensures personalized craftsmanship while also supporting sustainability by minimizing waste. Please a few business days for craft your perfect set.
Shipping Timeline
Your order will be shipped as soon as a nail technician complete the handcrafting process. Please remember that we operate on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your Nail Room Studio package is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Lost or Stolen Items
We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for a treasured package that goes missing. While such circumstances are beyond our control, our dedicated customer service team is here to work closely with you and the carrier to address and resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will do everything possible to ensure a positive experience.
If you do not receive any feedback for a long time, both on the tracking page and from your local post office, it may indicate that your package was lost in transit. This is a rare occurrence, but if it happens, please contact us with your concern, and we will take the necessary steps to recover the package or its value from the shipping carrier. We make every effort to ensure proper delivery, but we are not responsible for any complications on the carrier's side. We also do not refund the cost of an uncollected or lost package if this information is not reported to us, after which a complaint procedure with the post office will take place.
If package will lost in transit, we will file a complaint with the postal service and wait for their response (for international shipments, the transport company has three months to respond). In such a scenario, the package can be sent to you again after determining the compensation costs with the postal service, or at your request, if you wish to pay for the reshipping before the postal service responds to the complaint.
