Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the product is damaged during shipping. Please note that we spend many hours creating nails to make them perfect, and all nails are made to order according to your chosen specifications. Due to the nature of these custom products, refunds are not possible as we are not able to re-sell them.

We are also not responsible for ordering the wrong nail size. You can measure your nails before placing an order, purchase a sizing kit separately or with your order, or order Full Set 20 Nails (highly recommended).

We kindly recommend reviewing your order carefully and selecting your size according to our size guide before finalizing your purchase. We greatly appreciate your understanding in this matter. Your trust is invaluable to us, and we prioritize your health and safety above all else.

This policy applies to all products from our store, as each order is individually prepared after it is placed. This includes the Ready To Ship Collections and Ready To Wear Instant Nails Collections, as well as ordered separately any prep kits and other products prepared by us.
