There are several reasons why a shipment may be returned to us:

1. Incorrect delivery address

One reason could be an incorrect delivery address or missing information required for proper delivery. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and we are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect address details.

2. Unclaimed package

Another reason could be the failure to collect the package from the post office on time. If the delivery person cannot reach you at home or for any other reason delivery to your address is not possible, the package will wait for you at the post office, and you should be notified by your national postal service about it. Remember, you have a limited time to pick up the package from the post office, otherwise, it will be returned to us due to non-collection.

In such cases, the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the package to us as well as the cost of reshipping to the correct address. Please contact us to fix details and pricing. There is no refund for the shipping cost. The package can remain in our warehouse on hold for six months. If the buyer does not cover the specified costs within this time, the package will be disposed of, and reshipping will no longer be possible.

3. Package got lost in transit

There is also a possibility that the package got lost in transit and was returned to us due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, we will file a complaint with the postal service and wait for their response (for international shipments, the transport company has three months to respond). In such a scenario, the package can be sent to you again after determining the compensation costs with the postal service, or at your request, if you wish to pay for the reshipping before the postal service responds to the complaint.
